Everything went smoothly as it possibly could. Communication with David at Safe direct was excellent, email and questions were responded promptly and to the point. The car was picked up on time at the dealership and arrived one day early, it was quite dirty but that is expected when its coming across country. The driver contacted me a few hours before delivery, and even though couldn't come right at my door we agreed at a nearby place to meet for the delivery. This was my first time transporting a car and I was nervous at first but David at Safe Direct made the whole process very easy.
