I was very anxious about this move, being that it was cross country, but Tom kept in constant contact with me and kept me up to date on the status of my quote. The timing was perfect, the delivery was right on time and although my car arrived dirty (which honestly, you should expect when your car is being transported across the country on an open carrier!), I was very pleased with the entire process and recommend Safe-Direct to anyone needing to send a vehicle anywhere.
