jennifer showed a great customer service! this is the 2nd time i have dealt with her. she is so patient with her client, honest, very prompt to respond to my inquiries either by phone or email. i have processed the transport of my car with her lots of help in a matter of reasonable time! has not spoken with your other personnel but hope that your company has a lot like her. i thank her for following thru from start to end of the transaction.
