First auto transport experience....

This was the first time using an auto transport company; thus concerns about whom to choose and what to truly expect .

Tom was helpful and honest in setting expectations.

If one takes into consideration the time period allowed by the transporters, my car made it in that time frame, but was 3 days late per projected pick-up and also 3 days late in projected delivery date. I am assuming this is the nature of the business, but makes it difficult when one has to work; therefore, accurate dates would be helpful.

It arrived without any damage - just dirty (which was to be expected).

Yes, I would use them again - most likely when car returns to Oregon.
