Experience with Tom was excellent. Tom being the broker was not responsible for the actual pickup and delivery and that is where we had problems. The pickup was supposed to be on a Saturday but didn't occur until 2 days later. The delivery was supposed to be in Phoenix but we had to drive over 300 miles out our way to pickup the car from the driver who spoke very poor English. The night before we were to pickup the car the driver was pulled over by the H.P. for exceeding his hourly driving limit...thus we had to drive from Phoenix to east of Tucson to get the car where he was parked. When we got to the car almost three hours later, we didnt know whether to be mad or feel sorry for the guy who was deathly ill. All in all, Tom was great but the company he chose to transport the car(A Unique Car Transport) left a lot to be desired.
