I would say I had a good experience with Safe Direct. I really did my homework beforehand and read a bunch of reviews on many companies. I had high expectations going into this transaction based on the reviews. They asked to pick my car up a day early, which was about 4 days before I really wanted it picked up but I was trying to be flexible as the reviews tell you to be. I was hesitant but decided that having my car in TX early would be better than having it dropped off long after I arrived. The pick up was flawless, despite the drier calling the day before to attempt to pick it up an additional day early which was annoying. On the delivery, the driver got held up in another city and was therefore a day late. In my case it wasn't a problem, only an inconvenience to the person accepting my car.

I know that the broker and the driving company are not the same, but I will say that I was pleased with the trucking company Safe Direct set me up with. Safe Direct was not the cheapest of quotes I got, but I went for the company with the most consistent good reviews and the company that addressed negative reviews (I saw that as good customer service). I would use Safe Direct to ship a car again.
