We totally understand his frustration, our apologies to Mario. There were a few delays around the holidays, but things are moving more swiftly now. we have compensated him. Plan ahead folks, and leave a little bit of flexibility. We also offer expedited service, if budget is not as big an issue for you as timing is. Hope this review helps.
