Tom was honest and knowledgable. He was upfront about the industry, and my concerns, esp since I had gotten a call back from a "scammer" already. He returned emails and calls promptly, and made me feel more confident in the weird process of interstate car transport. I would call Tom's company again and would recommend him to friends and family. Our assigned carrier also turned out to be a very nice guy.
