Overall, dealing with Safe-Direct Car Shipping was a pleasant experience and I am entirely satisfied with the service I received. I am a "snowbird" and thus a veteran car transporter. This is the 8th time I have moved my car from PA to CA or vice versa. Thus, I have a good feel for this business. I worked with David to arrange for my carrier. David was prompt in responding to my emails, courteous on the phone, and transparent about what carriers might be available and when, and what the average price the carrier might ask for a cross-country trip.

To the extent that there was screening of carriers,I was very pleased with the carrier. The carrier's driver called me and kept me up-to-date regularly on his approximate arrival in my town. His previous pickup was delayed, but it really didn't inconvenience me as I was still able to meet him before I had to fly to LA. He called me five days later (as projected) when he arrived in LA and told me that my car would be delivered to me in the afternoon. Another person delivered the car on a smaller truck. Everyone was courteous and on time, so I have a very favorable view of the company.

Trust is very important when you are placing an expensive asset in someone's care for several days. Working with Safe-Direct Car Shipping will put you at ease.
