Jennifer was excellent at Safe-Direct. From my 1st email contact, to a fast and very reasonable quote, to follow-up on delivery, it was a very good experience with Safe-Direct. This was my 1st time shipping a vehicle and I would definitely use them again. I was worried that it would take a long time to get my Ford Explorer picked up in San Diego; but the same day I placed my shipping order, the carrier picked it up that evening. I asked Jennifer about the carrier, and she told me they had been very reliable and that they had not experienced any complaints. The truck driver was great and called the day before to let me know when he would arrive. He showed up right on time. It all went perfectly without any difficulties.
