I wasn't in a hurry to get the car moved, so I didn't mind the 7-day wait for a carrier to be assigned. Just as advertised, I was not charged a deposit (actually, the broker fee) until the carrier was assigned. David at Safe-Direct responded to emailed questions promptly, I never had to pick up the phone until the driver was calling to arrange delivery. The car was picked up ahead of schedule, and delivered ahead of schedule! The driver (Ed Gray) was very professional and an all-around nice guy, and handled the car like it was his own. Thanks for a smooth transaction!
