I never write online reviews, but in this case I have to make an exception. The customer service I received from Safe-Direct was nothing short of OUTSTANDING.

They were always available when I called and answered every question clearly. Their online videos were also fantastic. If you haven't seen them, go to their website and see for yourself.

I received TOO MANY quotes from other companies, but going with Safe-Direct was a no brainer. Not only were they the friendliest and most helpful, but they even helped me to get a slightly lower price than their original estimate and STILL got me a carrier that they backed up with a damage free guarantee.

WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS??

The best thing of all was that my car was picked up and delivered just when they said it would be and didn't have a mark on it (just a lot of dirt, but who cares?)

I will certainly recommend these people to all of my friends, family and anyone else who cares to read this.
