I had a very positive experience with safe direct-car shipping company. Tom was my contact person. He was very responsible and knowledgeable about his profession. The most important factor which made me choose this company is that Tom not only knows the shipping procedure very well, but also cares about my situation and benefit. For example, I had a very tight schedule. I contacted Tom on Oct 28 around 5pm (Friday) and informed him that I needed my car to be shipped before Nov 3. Given the short timeline, I told him that I could accept the price which was $50 or $100 more than the quote ($599) if the car could be shipped before Nov 3. Because I read other’s review and knew that higher price may be easier to find a carrier. Throughout the procedure searching for a carrier, Tom insisted on starting with $599. More impressively, he found one carrier on Nov 1 which I had some concern. He readily accepted my opinion and eventually found the Reliable Trucking as my carrier with original quote ($599). The Reliable Trucking was indeed reliable. My car was picked up (Nov 3 8:30am) and delivered on time (Nov 7 5pm). Although the car was quite dirty due to snow in Oregon, there was no damage. So I just washed my care afterwards. In summary, I highly recommend safe direct-car shipping company and Tom, because he gave me a very reasonable quote which is not the lowest quote but could make carrier accept easily. Most importantly, he had excellent communication skills to manage my case.
