Our first contact with Jennifer of Safe-Direct was informative and direct. Before we made the decision to contract with them, she e-mailed to keep in touch, but not to the point of being obnoxious in trying to secure our business. After we made the choice to go with Safe-Direct, she kept in touch appropriately and kept us informed. She was right there, either on the phone or by e-mail, to answer any questions we had.
The transport company that came was prompt, courteous, helpful, and delivered the car across the country in record time and in good shape. We thought the price was very good.
We are most happy with the job Jennifer did in orchestrating this job, and would certainly use that service again if needed. She also made contact after the delivery to make sure all went well.
