I submitted a quote online and received responses almost immediatly, after reading many reviews i knew this was the company to choose for my shipment. I called in with my quote number and spoke with Tom. Tom was very knowledable and helped out through the entire process. Tom told me he would submit my request and call me back when he had an anwer. I recieved a call back in just a couple of hours and he had great news, the car could be picked up the very next day. I met with the driver and he was very nice and assuring that my vehicle was going to be taken care of. My car was scheduled to arrive in California on monday but on saturday i recieved a call stating that the car had been delivered and the buyer was very happy with the condition the vehicle was in. I would definately reccomend Tom and Safe- Direct to anyone i know.
