Slightly late, but still honest carriers

Our car took longer than we wanted to get picked up by the carrier, but once it was scheduled for pick-up, the carrier could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had the numbers of the drivers the whole way through, and David as our contact person was very helpful and stayed in constant contact. The car took one or two days longer to arrive than was expected, but once again I appreciated the customer service along the way and knew we were in good hands. (Also, the car was going completely cross-country so I can't imagine a longer haul or variation in arrival times.) This was our second car that we shipped with Safe-Direct and the first one arrived in 4 1/2 days (cross-country!)
We would use this company again.
