This is my second time using Safe-Direct (Honest First), and once again they didn't disappoint! I came back to them after selecting another carrier to move my classic vehicle from Michigan to Texas, and having a terrible experience. I had used Honest First earlier this year to move a vehicle from California to Texas, and that was A+ service from start to finish. Well, for this move I can say that they actually outdid themselves. I had a lower quote that I was shopping, but I did not get any responses. Jennifer suggested that I raise it $50 to the "sweet spot". I did and I had an interested carrier the next day! After accepting the carrier (AA Transportation), I was required to pay the deposit for shipping. I paid online, AND 20 MINUTES LATER, the carrier called my contact to arrange pick-up. This was on the afternoon of October 12th. The next morning (October 13th), the truck picked up my vehicle from the pickup location and it was on its way. I expected a week or so transit time, but I received a call from the driver on Saturday evening (10/15) saying that he would be at my home around noon the next day! So in total, it took 3 days from pickup to drop off, a Sunday drop off at that! I definitely recommend Safe-Direct (Honesty First) for any auto transport needs. I couldn't be any happier with their service!
