Tom Miller, with Safe Direct, was honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. He presented facts to me in an easy-to-follow format, and provided online information and videos to enhance my understanding of the process. As a first time customer of car transport, Tom was reassuring and efficient. He remained in constant contact with me, via phone and email, to assure a smooth transport. The car carrier, Bo, also remained in contact with me throughout the process, and the car was delivered 2 days before the earliest projection date. I would absolutely recommend and use Safe Direct again!
