I received excellent customer service and a competitive rate from Honesty First Auto Transport. I spoke with Jennifer and she answered all my questions with seeming honesty; hiding no punches. She set me up with EBRO LLC. The driver's name was Hank. He took good care of my car. He called a few times asking if he could pick up the car 2 days earlier. I told him that this would work out just fine as long as the car didn't arrive to Missouri before I did which we discussed in length. He worked with me and was able to pick up the car 2 days early and still had the car delivered at my preferred date. It doesn't always work this way as there is a few days window because the driver transports numerous cars. I was thankful that he was able to deliver mine the day that I preferred. Thank you Jennifer for choosing EBRO LLC. They delivered my car with no incident and on time. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
