Safe-Direct Car Shipping first provided a bid that was below most of their competitors. After providing the bid, David Franco sent me informative emails about the shipping process and promptly answered every question I had about shipping my car. After receiving the assigned carrier and first shipping date I had to revise the shipping date because my car was not ready for pickup on the first date. This was no problem for David. He cheerfully reassigned another carrier and pickup date to accomodate the delay with my car. My car was picked up on time, the carrier routinely advised me of his location while transporting the car and delivered the car the next day, several hours before his estimated time of arrival. Overall, I was very pleased with David Franco and Safe-Direct Car Shipping and recommend his services to anyone who is looking for an honest, informative and timely shipper to transport their car.
