I was very impressed with Safe-Direct car Shipping. I dealt with Jennifer and the service provided by her and the Company was impeccable. This Company did not charge an up front deposit fee like other Companies. They said you only pay when a carrier is assigned to ship your vehicle.That by itself was good enough reason for me to go with this company. Jennifer assigned a carrier for my vehicle within 30 minutes of submitting the information. The vehicle was picked up on time, and delivered on time. She also followed up several times to make sure that the vehicle had been picked up and reached it's destination safely. That in my mind is excellent customer service. The whole process was flawless. Thank you Jennifer and Safe-Direct Car Shipping.
