The battery on my 44 year old sports car totally died when the car arrived in Florida. My driver was all concerned that it was his fault, (it was not) and went out of his way to get the car started, which took some time. My driver was polite, courteous and always in contact with me. I think the price I paid to ship two cars closed carrier was excellent.
