My car was picked up on time. The transporters had truck trouble twice which delayed the delivery by 5 days from the original estimate. The car arrived with roughly 300 additional miles on it. There was noticeable dirt on the inside (front and rear seats) and acceptable amounts of road grime on the outside. They people were nice, but there were some inconsistencies with the delivery and unexplained extra mileage that were suspect.

We agree. This review is about his carrier, but all experiences with carriers set up through us reflect on us, good and bad. We didn't receive an adequate explanation from his carrier, Best in West Auto Transport, and have therefore removed them from our list. Our apologies to him. We have compensated him as well. Hope this review helps.
