Tom at Honesty Auto was fantastic. He answered my questions and guided me through the process in order to have my car picked up on a specific date. I was under a time crunch and flew from FL to CA to get this taken care of. The auto transport company, Zareba Auto Transport was very prompt and arrived on the day and time they promised.
I strongly recommend using Honesty to facilitate your auto transport. The experience was very refreshing.
It was easy to reach my rep at Honesty, Tom. He always answered the phone when I called, unlike other organizations where you are pushed through a phone tree to finally reach a human being.
Zareba was great to work with as well. Christina and Joe coordinated the pick up and drop off without a flaw.
The only thing that caught me off guard was the fact that I had to pay cash or have a bank certified check for the remaining balance at drop off. They hadn't mentioned this to me or if they did, I must have forgotten.
Other than that, everything went off without a hitch. Wonderful Customer Service!
