We had an unfortuante experience previously with anothner carrier, and this time it was completely the opposite. David was knowledgable and caring. He returned all phone calls, and emails. He answered all relevant questions, and we were much more confident that this time it would work for us. The carrrier arrived in New Jersey on the day he said he would. He was almost on time as well, when he delivered our vehcile in southern California. Our car made the trip from the east coast to the west coast in one week in fine condition. We would definitely use this company again.
