Tom from Honesty First was very helpful and was always by the phone anytime I needed him! My car wasn't picked up until a little bit after the first available pick up date but that was because the truck had broken down and was in the shop. Besides that, everything went smoothly and Tom kept checking on the status and to make sure the car arrived safe and sound....which it did!
