I first made the wrong decision, going with a less expensive quote that asked for a deposit up-front. Bad idea. National car transport is a scam, quoting you so low that you'll never have your car picked up. But your locked into a contract. Once I gave up on that company, I went w the time company w the highest rating - honesty first. Great customer service, explained the service that they offered, and eventually found a great trucking company that delivered my car on-time. One complaint - it took a little while for the car to be picked up, and I had to agree to have my car dropped off 4hrs away from where I was. That was primarily because I only had the truck available for a week. Overall a great company. I will recommend them to others, with plenty of time for moving.
