Honesty First's website is a great resource. The website provides lot of good videos. My broker was Tom and he was very upfront and responsive to my inquires. My car was first offered for pick up on Sunday and was not picked up until Wednesday. I was not leaving until Friday so it worked out okay. The carrier got my car to California in about 6 to 7 days. I would recommend this company.
