I had a carrier from Pennsylvania to Michigan ('92 Pontiac Grand Am), order took a long time to pick up due to me changing availability (work issues) and due to the vehicle not being in a reliably running condition. Thankfully though everything worked out and everything was handled well. Jennifer was the agent I worked with she kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. They helped resolve an embarassing issue on delivery (idiot family member lost his wallet, we needed a little time to send him the money so he could pay off the carrier). Honesty First is a good service and I would use them again if I had car shipping needs.
