This auto transport company was very good. They were relatively prompt on their communications by email and phone while I was trying to figure things out. They priced the car right for a prompt pick-up with a very good and professional carrier. Last time I used a transport company (NOT Honesty First) they barely knew what they were doing and almost drove my car off the truck, except for my screaming. The carrier that Honesty First set me up with was very good, with a professional truck, and they took care of my car exactly like they said they would. The pickup time moved around a bit, which was not ideal, and they came 12 hours after they initially said they would because of some other pickups and drop-offs in the area (greater LA and San Diego). However, once they arrived, it all went smooth. I was able to call the driver at any time, and he actually picked up (which is actually not a guarantee...sometimes they shut off their phones and you have no idea where your car is). The final delivery date changed a few times, but considering my route (CA to FL) and the fact that the truck had 9 spots on it, this was understandable. At the final delivery point, the driver was very helpful and patient. During the process and after, Tom (from Honesty First) was available and checked-up on me a few times to make sure things went smooth. PLUS they have insurance in case your car gets damaged, and there's only a handful of companies that provide that.
This business is the WILD WEST of moving, and Honesty First is about as good as you can get for a reliable, safe, and TRANSPARENT broker for setting up your move with a good, professional carrier.
