I've used Honesty First two times, and they were terrific on both occasions. The customer service rep (Jennifer) was very prompt and responsive, and was very helpful with some complicated logistics, like changing my pickup location/date. Also, because I put in my order a month before my pickup, and prices had gone up since then, she advised me (without any pressure) that I'd probably get a faster pickup if I raised my price a smidge. We bumped it up $30 and I got a response within a couple hours for pickup that day.
