The Honesty First videos on YouTube were a great help! The most confusion is around the quote received from the consolidated, unrelated site and then when contacting the company directly, although we did come up with a price that was attractive to a carrier. The carrier company communication was a little more spotty than the communication from Honesty First. Overall, though, everything occurred as we expected.
