We decided last minute to transport our car instead of drive it coast-to-coast. I found Honesty First through Transport Reviews. I looked at their website and youtube videos before contacting them. Those posts online were very helpful. My husband thought it was too good to be true (the transactions was so smooth and was doubtful at first. He asked for a contract agreement, which they were able to provide via email right away). A day after I contacted Honesty First, they were able to find a carrier that can bring our car from CA to NC. Tom Miller gave us the details to make sure our car will be picked-up/delivered. They have a follow-up email making sure we got our car! They are brokers/middle men but they made our move less stressful. Big Dog Auto Transport was the actual carrier of our vehicle. We moved to a rural area and the driver from Big Dog was able to deliver our car a little bit nearer than what was originally agreed upon. Our car was delivered 1 day later than what was estimated, which is understandable since nobody can really tell the road conditions whilde travelling. I will definitely use them again if we decide to move again.
