I did not know which service to choose since there are so many. However, I read the reviews and went with Honest First Auto. Before I confirmed my decision to use their service, David Franco answered all my questions very thoroughly. I was confirmed by the carrier right away. David was very prompt with his responses. He was very helpful throughout the process. Even the shipping company that I was referred to had great customer service. They also were friendly and answered all my questions. However, they didn't tell me the exact date and the time the carrier will be arriving at my house. Luckily, I was home that day at that time to send off my car. I was informed that the latest the delivery would take is 4 days, but it took 6 days. Customers are advised that it may take longer than the estimated time, so it's safe to expect a delay and plan accordingly. 6 day delivery time is still very good so I'm not complaining. My car wasn't damaged or stolen- it got to my new place safely. I am overall very satisfied and I would definitely use their service again!
