Tom was helpful and easy to get in touch with. He told me the transportation route, and told me that due to the emergency of my delivery, they might need to take the price a little bit higher than they usually do, so as to guarantee my car to be pickup up early enough for me. I literally lived in the middle of no where, and the cost was still lower than most of the quotes I've done online.

The care was dispatched to Blue Angels Express, and I was glad initially that they would be able to pick up my car, and one less thing to take care of on my to do list. However, as soon as I submit my deposit(the 2nd day after I received the email asking for deposit), we got a call from the Blue Angels Express that they will pick up a car with in 2 hours, and they were on their way. If we don't have our car delivered, we might need to wait for some more days. And it was 3 days earlier than my listed first available date. I was expecting to rent a car, but was not preparing for 3 days early. I called Tom in Honesty First Auto Transport, and he was helpful. He told me that I have no obligation as the carrier is breaking their promises, and he would like to put on another message for me to look for carriers.

I decided to take the offer from Blue Angels Express anyway, and spend 80$ more in renting another car due to the early pick up time. Here is my story, and the car to delivered exactly the same as they were picked up except some dirt on the trunk, and a little late of drop off time as the driver was caught in the LA traffic. Nothing to complain about Honesty, and I would recommend to my friends if they need similar service.
