first time experience with car transport

This was my first experience with transporting my auto. I did a lot of research on the subject. Most of the brokers who I spoke with gave a good sales pitch. When I called Honesty First Auto Transport, Mr. Tom Miller explained to me that it was all business and about $. I was informed that my request would be put up on the board for the carriers to see and that it would be a matter of economics and need for any party to accept my $ offer for the transport of my car. I accepted the quote of $945.00 with Mr. Miller and within a couple of days of when my car was available, Tom called me and said that my car was assigned a carrier. After doing some research on the proposed carrier, I called Tom and requested a new carrier because I wasn't happy with their reviews on the internet. Within a couple of hours, Tom got me a new carrier. The new carriers were "NS Express" out of Ohio. They were on time with the pick-up, very professional, and friendly. When I arrived in Ohio, I called the carrier, and within 20 minutes, they delivered my car. The delivery person told me that they cleaned the car because of the long, dusty, trip!! I was very happy with the outcome. Bottom line is that you have to check out all the transport companies before you do business with any one of them. I was very fortunate in dealing with "Honesty First Transport" and would use them again.
