I was very impressed with the availability of a live representative who oversaw the transport and always responded promptly to my phone and e-mail queries. My questions were answered thoroughly and directly, and the handoff of the car was flawless. I was also impressed with the helpfulness and timeliness of the 3rd party carrier (Elite Fleet) and the price was much better than most other quotes I received. I would recommend Honesty First to anyone shipping a vehicle.
