I was very stressed about my cross-country move because I had to coordinate the shipment of my things and the shipment of my car. Tom at Honest First was great from the beginning, explaining how the process worked and being available for questions along the way. He always replied to emails within a couple of hours and was easily reached by phone. The quote he gave me was under almost all other quotes and I didn't have to pay a deposit until a carrier was booked. My car was picked up on the first day available, and while I was told my car would come in 10-14 days and it actually showed up on the 7th day! The carrier was also very helpful, contacting me the day before my car arrived and on the evening of. When I wasn't sure I would be there for the pickup of my car, Tom even called the friend who I designated as my representative to tell her how it would all work! I would definitely use Honesty First Auto again.
