I was impressed at the responsiveness of Honesty First. They obviously chose a carrier that could commit to my "no later than" delivery date. Carrier communication was a little lax, but I did eventually hear from dispatch and the driver. I just hate to make assumptions and prefer constant commumication. Honesty First held up their end of the deal, at a truly competetive price.
