Jennifer at Honesty First was very prompt in answering my questions. I was a little frustrated bc the first two carriers scheduled either canceled because of weight issues on the carrier or bc of unreliability (one car was damaged by the second potential carrier). Due to these issues, the date of transport moved from a Sunday to a Wednesday. The problem then was that i was already gone for Boston, MA. I had to orchestrate a a way to park the car at a friends and have several people available to hand the keys/car over. the car arrived one day later thann estimated. It was not damaged, the drivers were very nice.
