Overall good service. I had a good experience hiring them and will use their service again.

I had to ship my car from Baltimore, MD to Los Angeles, CA due to my job. After some shopping around, I've decided to go with Honesty, even though their price wasn't the lowest. I've also done lots of research online and after reading other customers' comments, I thought it's better to be safe than sorry to go with a more reputable company. After all, you get what you pay for.

The customer service was very pleasant to work with. The pick-up was a bit later than I'd preferred, and one of the dispatchers/coordinators seemed forgot when's my requested date(s). The driver was also not aware of my specific requests. But in the end everything worked out and my car was delivered right on time, with no damage.

If they can improve the communication between them (the broker), the actual transport company and the driver, I'll give them the perfect score.
