Steven Ashley is hands down one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. I called many car shipping companies, and as soon as I spoke with Steven, I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. He has a pleasantly welcoming voice/personality, a quality which is important for me personally. My husband and I had a pretty unique situation, which I feared would make things complicated, but Steven set everything up with no problem. I was a bit worried at first because there wasn't much correspondence, however, Steven always assured me everything was good to go.. and it was! I even cancelled the week of the pick up because, like I said, we had a unique situation and I didn't think we would have the car ready in time for pick up. Then, last minute after getting the car ready, I called Steven to see if by chance they could still pick up, and he quickly helped us! Even without knowing our situation, he gave us absolutely no attitude due to us cancelling, and immediately was ready to get our car shipped the SAME day I called! I cannot begin to explain how much stress that alleviated for us. From start to finish, Steven was friendly and professional. Thank you to Steven AND the transport team for getting our car safely across country.
