From beginning to end, each point of contact was extremely helpful, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend Ship Your Car Now, LLC for peace of mind at reasonable rates.

My first point of contact was Dimitri. I was pleased to speak with a high spirited person Sales Associate who took my information and read back the information he collected. This was a very quick call and within 30 minutes my car had a place reserved on a transport vehicle and required a small deposit. The balance was to be paid upon deliver in another state.

A few days later the dispatcher, Dorothy contacted me to confirm the pickup. I asked if there was anyway we could get the vehicle delivered sooner. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from Dorothy with good news...yes, it could be done. I was given a 1 hour window for pickup. On the date of pickup, Dorothy contacted me to ensure all was running according to schedule. I called to check with her a few hours later to again confirm all was running according to schedule and she was kind enough to offer to call when they were on their way. She did just that.

The fellows who loaded the car contacted me from outside the development to ask me to pick one of them up so that he could drive me back to my home. I was confused until he explained that he didn't want to damage any trees nor the car sitting atop his carrier. Two days later the car arrived safe and sound...the mileage still the same. The original balance due was paid to the driver. Not one hidden cost, no extra costs, it was just as we had originally discussed.
