I send my car (2003 Jeep Liberty) from Sterling Heights, Michigan to San Jose , Costa Rica.
The USA part of shippment was OK, but in Costa Rica car was hold for long time because
sambody not transfer money for ocean shipping company !!!!

We are sorry to hear about the delay in your transport. We have looked into the situation and found that customs clearance and duties fees on the destination side was the delay. This is not part of the service we offer. You chose to use a customs broker and the customs broker delayed your shipment release. We are happy to hear that the car arrived safe and sound.
