I had to have my daughter's vehicle picked up front the Chicago long-term parking (she was on vacation). Friends were going to pick it up but the car would not start. Ship Your Car Now arranged to have a driver with a small tow truck pick up the car, pay the parking fees, drive the car to the larger transportation vehicle, and bring it to Virginia Beach. I had a portable GPS system in the car (expensive and new) and it wasn't touched. The car was in perfect condition and the driver was very polite and careful with unloading the car. The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.
