Jay at ShipYourCarNow was nothing short of fantastic, from start to finish. Jay was polite and well versed on all things shipping, not to mention, he was honest about what he could do and not do as far as getting us a driver in the time window we needed. Jay stayed in contact with me and did everything on his end to get us the right date for shipping my fiance's custom chopper, even when my fiance' had to change the days around. I had called other shippers and was really impressed with Jay's customer service throughout the entire process and how pleasant he was to work with through this process. If this entire company has other employee's like Jay, I applaud you!!! Good customer service is rare and Jay was great! From scheduling, to shipping, and delivery, you guys were fantastic! I'd give Jay a definite raise if I was the boss. Thanks again! I would definitely recommend this company and will use you in the future if we need to ship again!
