This is a double posting by the same customer same as he was double booking with 2 other brokers at the same time.
We NEVER require upfront deposit! We never charge the Customer Credit Card in advance!!!
We are charging the customer's credit card after we assigning a driver for him and get written confirmation (We do have the Customer confirmation accepting the driver and authorizing us to charge his card)
This Customer deliberately tried to mislead us when he asked us to assign a driver for his Ford F-450 INOP big un-running pickup truck, the vehicle had to be loaded onto a special truck using special equipment. After assigning a driver and reserving a special spot on the truck we called the customer and asked him if he still need the driver. The customer agreed, accept, confirmed and e-signed the agreement. At the time of the arrival the driver discovered that the customer already release his vehicle the other driver without informing us in advance of his decision. Last minute cancellation after confirming the assigned driver, cost us financial damage, and the driver will not be able to find another vehicle in short time. This Customer was double booking with another broker contrary to our signed agreement.
We charge the customer based on our signed agreement and after customer phone conversation and written confirmation.
The Customer tried to fraudulently us by taking advantage of our superior service, and take advantage of the fact that we do not charge credit card in advance just only after we dispatching the vehicle and confirming with the customer!!!
