I can't say enough about Ben solving our shipping problem. The other carrier did not pick up on the promised day, or give me any information as to when they would. Our son was leaving California and we needed to make arrangements for the car to be somewhere with someone on short notice. Ben made it happen. We were able to leave the car with a neighbor and the car was picked up 2 days later! Ben helped to explain we needed a destination that the carrier would go to and we did it. All the moving parts worked. Ben will be the go to guy for anyone I know transporting a vehicle!
