We appreciate your feedback regarding your order It is always unfortunate to get these types of reviews, but they do help us to improve and become a better company. Julia has been reprimanded for the way she handled your shipment. I know Mike had stepped in to bring this matter to a resolution, and we felt we had resolved everything. The vehicle did get shipped, delivered safely, and part of the deposit was refunded to offset the increase in fees from the carrier. After receiving this review, we did reach out on multiple occasions to see if there was anything else that could be done to rectify your feelings regarding your experience with us, but we did not reach you or receive a response of any kind. Once again, we apologize for any stress or inconvenience this matter has caused you, as we strive for highest level of customer service here at Ship It Quick. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything else we can do to make this right.
