After booking my Transport to California through National Car Transporters (that reminds me I need to give them a bad review) and the car not being picked up even 2 weeks after the initial 10 day window with zero communication I looked for a new carrier. Ship Easy Inc. and there represenative Neal assisted me in a very timely manner and had my car picked up the next monday.

Neal informed me how the system worked and with the gas prices that it was hard to get drivers to take the routes that were far out of the way from normal shipping hubs. This did not mean that it was not possible to move my car to were I needed it, just that it cost more money.
That was very reasonable to me so I found a alternate location that was in route to a mojor hub to have the car delivered to. Neal very promptly provided me with a accurate qoute that never changed. As soon as I agreed it was booked and taken care of.

The car arrived safely at its destination with no damage and still in proper order. This company's level of communication skills and honesty will bring me back as a custemere, and I will never move my car with another carrier.
